Celebrate all things green with this festive meal.
Cook the ham as directed, cube and set aside. Place the spinach in a mini chopper or food processor and blend until finely chopped; set aside. In a bowl, whip the eggs, milk and 8-10 drops of food coloring together. Add in the cheese*, spinach and ham. Pour the egg mixture into the crust and bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are fully cooked and the crust is slightly browned.
- We use a blend of Monterey Jack and sharp that we shred ourselves, but you can use your family’s favorite and even save more time by purchasing pre-shredded cheese.
