    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 12 INCHES.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
    * TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY MORNING
    HOURS...AND WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES BEFORE SUNRISE...
    CONTINUING INTO TUESDAY. IT WILL THEN GRADUALLY TAPER OFF
    TUESDAY NIGHT.
    * IMPACTS...DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS DUE TO SNOW COVERED
    ROADWAYS AND LOW VISIBILITY. SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW
